Jarra is excited to announce that the first slab in a portfolio of 16 Specialist Disability Houses has been poured in Belmont by Omni Projects.

The Belmont properties are two of the assets in Jarra Investment Trust Twenty Eight, and are part of a $30m specialist disability housing portfolio involving the development of 16 contemporary, high-quality homes in partnership with Identitywa, a leading West Australian disability support provider, and agency of the Catholic Archdiocese of Perth.
As the main focus of our Development Manager, Emily Woods, upon completion, the homes across 8 Perth metropolitan suburbs will provide better quality accommodation for up to 48 people currently supported by Identitywa.
