In a survey of investors in this Fund, 86% of investors were very satisfied and the remaining 14% were satisfied with their investment experience with Jarra. The survey results also showed that 100% of investors in this Fund will consider investing with Jarra again.
Jarra Investment Trust Twenty Three: A strategic landholding in Byford, structured to expand commercial zoning and unlock long-term capital growth, achieved a 1.9x equity multiple for investors in 2 years, well ahead of its 5-year investment term.
