Jarra is pleased to share that development approval has been received, on behalf of our client, for a new Pinjarra childcare centre for Bloom Early Education, as part of their aggressive expansion plans.
The Jarra team identified the site on the corner of James St and Forrest St as being a strong opportunity for the childcare market, and upon completion, the centre will offer 101 licensed places to the local community.
