Jarra completed construction of a new build Green Leaves Early Learning Centre, in Piara Waters, in 2021, for a valued client.
Jarra identified the site as offering strong potential for childcare and provided development management services for our client.
Situated on Wright Road, just off Armadale Road, Green Leaves Early Learning Piara Waters is a single-storey centre custom-designed to meet the evolving learning needs of children six weeks to six years of age. Offering 79 childcare places to the local community, the centre includes a state-of-the-art Chef’s kitchen and culinary lesson area as well as a parent lounge where families can connect and meet with the educators over fresh barista coffee and a baked treat.
