Jarra has completed the development of a new childcare centre for Nido Early School in Treeby on behalf of LWP Property Group (now Satterley) in July 2023.
Providing development management services for the project to our client, the new early learning facility on Encyclia Boulevard, Treeby is on a development site is a 2,044sqm. Offering 92 childcare places to the local community, the development featured a building of high-quality materials/finishes, with a site-responsive layout informed by expert traffic, acoustic and waste input.
The new centre is accessible to the local community by virtue of its key corner location at the entry of Kara Estate, its wider connectivity to regional and local road networks, local pedestrian/cycle paths and proximity to public transport (bus) routes.
