Jarra is pleased to announce that a major milestone has been reached for Jarra Investment Trust Twenty Eight (the Fund), with the final site in a portfolio of 16 specialist disability accommodation (SDA) homes now acquired by the Fund.
The final acquisition of a site in Spearwood completes the portfolio across eight Perth metropolitan suburbs, paving the way for the full rollout of sixteen modern, accessible homes. Upon completion of construction, the homes will be leased to Identitywa, a leading disability service provider in Western Australia, ensuring long-term support and stability for their clients.
“Securing the final site is a significant achievement for the Fund, and a testament to our commitment to delivering the portfolio,” said Stefan Piruk, Jarra’s Development Director.
Construction Progressing Across the Portfolio
While the final site has been secured, construction is actively underway across the portfolio. Each home is being built to meet or exceed SDA design standards, with a strong focus on accessibility, comfort, and sustainability. The homes are designed to support individuals with high physical support needs, offering features such as assistive technology, accessible layouts, and robust construction materials to ensure safety and longevity.
A Partnership with Purpose
The partnership with Identitywa ensures that each home will be managed by a trusted and experienced provider, delivering tailored support services that empower residents to live independently and with dignity.
