Jarra is pleased to announce the early closure of the capital raise for Jarra Investment Trust Sixteen, with the offer already fully subscribed.
The investment strategy of the Fund is to develop a 96 place centre for Bloom Early Education (Bloom) in Bennett Springs, and sell as soon as practicable after Lease commencement. Jarra anticipates that there will be strong interest in acquiring the Centre once it is developed and the Lease commences.
Jarra’s conviction in the childcare sector is due to the defensive nature of the industry. As a key driver of national labour force participation and productivity, it is recognised as a critical industry by both major Australian political parties. These investment thematics have driven institutional demand for childcare centre property investments in recent years.
Thank you to our Investors for the support. While the Fund is now closed, click here for more information about Jarra’s current investment opportunities.
