Jarra is pleased to announce the completion and opening of Nido Early School Australind, the asset within Jarra Investment Trust Twenty Nine, a commercial property development trust. The 102‑place early learning centre opened it’s doors in April 2026, following completion of the development by Jarra.
Delivered in partnership with Bella Build and Design, the centre showcases Nido’s signature architectural style, high‑quality interiors, and thoughtfully designed learning environments.
The Australind site received development approval in 2024, with the project progressing through design development, construction, and licensing ahead of opening. The centre is positioned to meet strong local demand for early learning services, supported by population growth and limited supply of high quality childcare in the region.
The launch of Nido Early School Australind marks an important milestone for the Fund, demonstrating Jarra’s capability in delivering purpose‑built childcare assets that combine strong tenant partnerships with long‑term investment fundamentals.
