Jarra is pleased to share that we have received approval for a new childcare development in Bullsbrook, one of the seed assets in Jarra Childcare Trust, which will be leased to ASX listed Nido Early School upon completion.
The Jarra team identified the site in Bullsbrook as being a strong opportunity for a childcare development, with the centre to offer 92 licensed places to the local community upon completion. Situated in the emerging Kingsford Town Centre, the development will complement the adjacent shopping centre which is currently under construction.
