Construction of Bloom Early Education Wellard commenced construction in April 2024, with West to West Group nominated as builder.
Jarra provided development management services to our valued client to deliver the project. As one of a number of Bloom Early Education centres under construction, and now almost complete, the centre will offer 96 places on completion.
