Works are on track at the development site for Nido Early School Australind, the asset in Jarra Investment Trust Twenty Nine, with Bella Build and Design progressing towards slab pour.
With the Fund closing it’s capital raise in December 2024, the Jarra team previously identified the site on The Boulevard as being a strong opportunity for a childcare development, with the centre to offer 102 licensed places to the local community. Due to the strong population growth of the area, the property is surrounded by significant residential land developments.
With the development application received in February 2025, the investment is underpinned by a 15 year lease to Nido Early School, a prominent, publicly traded (ASX:NDO) national childcare operator with more than 100 childcare centres nationally.
