Jarra is developing multiple Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) Villas in Balga and Glendalough for a valued client. The development is of purpose-built SDA dwellings primarily providing high physical support, accommodation designed to meet growing community needs in well-connected suburban locations.


SDA is housing that is specially designed and built to meet the accessibility needs of NDIS participants with extreme functional impairments or very high support needs. NDIS funding allows for the costs of this specialist housing, including features like wheelchair access, hoists, and assistive technology.
Jarra acquired the sites in Balga and Glendalough and is providing development management services for a valued client, to deliver two SDA villas. Construction of the Villa’s continues to progress well with internal finishes under way at both sites.
