The Identitywa Housing Portfolio and Jarra Childcare Trust are both five-year strategies targeting equity multiples of 1.75x and 2.00x respectively, compared with shorter-term plays like the Nido Early School Bullsbrook development and the Byford land subdivision, each targeting completion within 12–13 months and projecting equity multiples above 1.22x. Jarra’s current portfolio reflects the same disciplined and de-risked investment thesis underpinning our realised returns to date.
